We use a heavy linen and a tight boucle, both rated for residential use at 30,000 Martindale cycles. The weave matters more than the fibre: tight weaves resist pilling even when the yarn is soft.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces ship in 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces spend 6-10 weeks in production, then 1-2 weeks for delivery scheduling.

Can I return a piece?

Yes – 30 days on in-stock pieces, 14 days on made-to-order pieces after delivery, with free collection.

Do you deliver and assemble?

Every order ships insured with tracking. White glove delivery adds assembly and packaging removal at checkout.
