Everything ships from our workshop in Java, insured, with a tracking link the day it leaves the bench.

Delivery windows

In-stock pieces: 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces: 6-10 weeks in production, then 1-2 weeks for delivery scheduling. White glove delivery adds assembly and packaging removal at checkout.

Returns

30 days on in-stock pieces in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are returnable within 14 days of delivery. Start a return from your account or write to the studio and we will arrange collection.
