Our story

A workshop first, a store second.

Oak & Loom is a furniture studio in Jakarta making solid-wood pieces in small batches: seating, tables, storage and lighting built to be repaired rather than replaced.

We work the way we would want a workshop to work with us: specifications before sales copy, lead times stated up front, and a repair bench that stays open long after delivery.

Common questions

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces ship in 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces spend 6-10 weeks in production, then 1-2 weeks for delivery scheduling.

Can I return a piece?

Yes – 30 days on in-stock pieces, 14 days on made-to-order pieces after delivery, with free collection.

Do you deliver and assemble?

Every order ships insured with tracking. White glove delivery adds assembly and packaging removal at checkout.
