Understanding order status

Orders move through four statuses: Processing (we are preparing your order), Made to order (in production, 6-8 weeks), Delivered, and Cancelled.

Where to look

Your account lists every order with dates and totals. Tracking links arrive by email when a piece leaves the workshop.

Delivery & assembly

In stock

Ships in 3-5 business days, insured, with tracking the day it leaves the workshop.

Made to order

6-10 weeks in production, then delivery scheduling by phone or email.

White glove

Add assembly and packaging removal at checkout. Available in most metro areas.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock pieces ship in 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces spend 6-10 weeks in production, then 1-2 weeks for delivery scheduling.

Can I return a piece?

Yes – 30 days on in-stock pieces, 14 days on made-to-order pieces after delivery, with free collection.

Do you deliver and assemble?

Every order ships insured with tracking. White glove delivery adds assembly and packaging removal at checkout.
